ButtonOwl.com goodies, once lovingly packaged, travel on their way to their new home via the Royal Mail service. We ship worldwide as our goodies love jet-setting! 
 

DELIVERY TIME

We dispatch your order as soon as possible – usually within three working days.  Custom made products will take longer, which will be discussed upon placing a request. If you’re outside of the UK, please allow 7 to 18 days for your lovely items to land on your doormat (customs and weather conditions can sometimes delay items further).
 

DUTIES AND TAXES FOR WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Please note that any additional charges for customs clearance or import duties (once the package reaches its destination country) must be paid by the customers. 
 

DELIVERY COSTS

We're proud of our reasonable delivery rates! We only charge you what we need to cover the postage and packaging costs. Everything is calculated according to weight and value at the end of the checkout process. 

 

SPEEDY DELIVERY

For urgent delivery, please email us with your order number at [email protected] and we'll do the best we can to speed up the dispatch process for you.  We can upgrade your postage to priority delivery so please do request a quote!
 

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

We hope that you’re happy with your ButtonOwl goodies, but if you have a problem, all we ask is that you contact us within seven days of receiving your order. 
 

Provided you return the goods in good condition, we’ll happily arrange an exchange or refund. However, the cost of returning the item to ButtonOwl is your responsibility. Also, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

REFUND OF POSTAGE

Refunds are credited to the same account and in the same manner as the original purchase. One thing to note – the original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the items are faulty.
